About Me
Since graduating college at The University of Texas at Austin, as a student of the Butler School of Music, I found myself as a music educator at Leander High School in Leander, TX. Leander High School was my home for 14 years as a teacher; 7 years as an associate and 7 years as the Director of Bands. I committed my entire teaching career to one place, investing in long-term growth of that community and it’s students.
I am incredibly grateful for my time at Leander and will always cherish the countless fulfilling experiences it provided me. Working alongside the most remarkable educators, we were able to achieve the highest standards and nurture a culture based on expectations, accountability, and a love for hard work.
